Transnational Project Meeting

The Transnational Project Meeting is an activity that involves holding 3 meetings with the project partners in which future activities carried out and to be carried out are organized and discussed. Within the Women For Edu project the meetings took place through these meetings:

Kick off Meeting (Italy): management and organization by Format lasting 3 days. The first meeting will be organized for all project partners and will serve to ensure a common and complete understanding of the project and to define a detailed list of activities. On this occasion, a calendar of meetings will be created once every two months between all online partners to monitor the progress of the project during its duration.

The meeting took place according to this schedule from 06/16/2022 to 06/19/2022:

Meeting and keep-up on events at local level (Spain): management and organization by the hosting partner. The meeting will be scheduled approximately halfway through the duration of the project, after 6/9 months. This meeting will be important to take stock of the situation on the progress of the workshops organized in the various partner countries with the target of unemployed women over 40 and to understand how the methodologies tested during the training were implemented: improvisational theater and the learning week. At this meeting a mid-term report will be drawn up which reports what has been done in the first half of the project and which can then be the basis of the guidelines for the sustainability of the project and possible replications.

Final Meeting (Sweden): The last meeting of the project will take place in Sweden among the project partners to which all interested parties in the world of training, stakeholders, institutional representatives, trade associations, public bodies, public and private associations of the civil societies, women’s centers and offices, agencies dedicated to the re-employment of unemployed women, political authorities. This meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the progress of the project, understand the successes and also what may have gone less well so as to be able to improve it later. A report will be drawn up which will be part of the official documentation of the project and which will be the guideline to be implemented by all European training centers.
